For cancellation on treatment day, for parents without tickets, there will be a charge of 3,300 yen (including tax).

For parents with tickets, the full amount (equal to the number of reserved areas) of tickets will be consumed automatically.

To avoid the cancellation charge, please make sure to call at least by the day before and at least one hour before the business closing time (8pm on weekdays, 7pm on weekends and holidays).


Q&A
1. Is it painful?
A. It varies by individual, but you may experience the pain similar to when a rubber band hits your skin lightly. 

2. How long is the treatment time?
A. It depends on the number of treatment areas. For example, it’s about ten minutes for both armpits. 

3. Should I shave the treatment areas on the visit day?
A. Yes, please make sure to shave the areas beforehand. 

4. How often should I visit?
A. It’s possible to visit as soon as six weeks. 

5. I would like to have less hair for the entire frontal bikini areas. 
A. Please make a reservation for the two treatment areas, center and side V areas. 

6. Can I specify the machine or power setting?
A. We will determine the appropriate power setting based on your skin condition. You can specify the machine type for 1,100 yen. Otherwise, the machine is assigned based on availability. 

7. Can gray hairs be treated?
A. No. Gray hairs are non-responsive to laser treatment. 

8. Are there health conditions contraindicated for laser hair treatment?
A. It’s case by case. We may ask you to check with your doctor. 

9. What are the things to be mindful of prior to the treatment date?
A. Avoid sun exposure of the treatment areas. Please make sure to have at least 10 days after receiving a vaccination shot. The use of antiperspirant on the day, and cosmetics containing such as retinol or hydroquinone should be avoided at least 4 days prior to the treatment. 

10. Why should I avoid the sun exposure?
A. Sun exposure can cause burns and so does laser treatment. Therefore, the sum of the two can cause severe burns. 

11. Can a pregnant or nursing mother receive a laser treatment?
A. It’s not recommended as the safety for such conditions is not fully established. 

12. Can I receive the bikini area treatment during menstruation?
A. Not for the genital areas (I, O)

13. Should I have no make-up prior to the face treatment?
A. We have make up removal products available for use. 

14. Can I pop-in without appointment for a laser hair treatment?
A. You may but depending on how busy we are at the time, your wait time may vary. We recommend making an appointment. 

15. Can I receive counseling and treatment on the same day?
A. Yes, you can. However, you may not be able to receive the treatment as a result of the counseling. 

16. Is there an age limit for the treatment?
A. People over the age of 18 can receive treatment without the consent of others. Under the age of 18, you will need the parental consent (not available to elementary students)

17. Can I cancel the appointment?
A. For cancellation on treatment day, for parents without tickets, there will be a charge of 3,300 yen (including tax).
